The usage on the SM bears no resemblance to my bill. We stay under £2 per day however our monthly account it states our usage is £132 above double. Very frustrating. In addition the SM fails to display some days or even changes to Welsh.
my smart meter has not worked after 1 week I have e-mailed them about this but no replys. Now I get an e-mail from them wondering why they don’t get a reading to bill me? Please someone from bulb come and take out the smart meter because its no use.
