Hi, how do I know if I am on Smart Meter Waiting List?
You have to request it, otherwise you’ll be asked when they’re being installed in your area.
I have requested it, but no reply from Bulb
Not much else you can do except contact Bulb and ask them.
[Edited to add: just in case you’re not aware, this is a community forum for Bulb customers, not Bulb customer support. Bulb staff do look in from time to time (and although you might get an answer if they can find your account based on your username), you’d likely get a quicker answer by contacting Bulb directly]
I have been trying to contact Bulb by email. They rarely answer you question in full and if at all possible reply with a phone number for you to contact.
