Smart Meter Wrong Date

Hi there

I had a smart meter installed a month or so ago but the engineer said that Bulb would have to activate something at their end but I haven’t heard anything from them.

The smart meter is currently thinking it’s the 26th October 2019 and the meter readings on the IHD is completely different from the values on the physical meters so isn’t reading right.

Anyone got any ideas? There’s no option on the IHD that I can see to amend the date/readings.
