Since switching to bulb my British Gas smart meter monitor (installed a month ago) has lost its connection to the smart meter. I understand that bulb isn’t supporting smart meters yet, but I’m surprised that the monitor doesn’t work anymore. Any ideas?
@stephen1462 I am afraid that like the smart meter itself the monitor can only work with the supplier who installed the device at the moment. This is why we are waiting until the 2nd generation of smart meters are available before we install as these do not have that issue.
So will I get a new one installed when the second generation ones are available?
@stephen1462 yes! We will be installing these from summer 2018, we will be in touch closer to the time to arrange an appointment.
