I have a British Gas smart meter and just switched to Bulb. The meter has stopped working. Is this due to the switch or is the meter faulty?
@DC5, 1st gen smart meters are not (normally) interoperable between suppliers so it stopping working is due to the switch.
Until Bulb provide new (2nd gen) smart meters from the middle of 2018, or the planned changes to allow this interoperability with 1st gen meters are rolled out, your old smart meter will only work as a dumb meter.
