SGN changed our old British Gas smart meter without notice when relaying Gas Cables, how can we give Bulb an accurate reading ?

Would you be able to take a photo of the front of the gas meter, with reading, serial number, and the yellow ‘exchange’ sticker attached?
This would be everything that we need to bill you accurately and take those readings.
