smart meter

Hi speaking to bulbs staff prior to myself signing up to supply my electric.I asked if it would be possible to be supplied with a smart meter I was told they are trailing the new version 2 and once up and running with bulb i could put my name forward for one.Once the meaters are available.Now Iam at that stage to put my name forward on the waiting list. How do I apply?.
