Smart meter

I have started to reuse the smart meter issued by my previous supplier. I am unable to see the tariff i am on, will I have to wait until the new meters are rolled out.

Heya @Jayare. You can use your current smart meter to take meter readings but the in-house display will not show the tarrif. All your tariff information can be found on your Bulb Account. Just click on the “account and tariff information” tab and you’ll be able to see the details. You can have a quick read about Bulb smart meters on our blog post. It will tell you why we have delayed the rollout and when you can have a new one fitted by us.
