I’m a new Bulb customer. I note my smart meter (from previous supplier NPower) is still surging when utility usage. Do I need to switch meter off?
Hey @Magda7. Is it the meter or the in-house display that is showing your usage? If it’s the meter then that is normal and you can’t switch it off. If it’s the in-house display then it won’t be accurate. When you switch to Bulb, it won’t work properly. I’d suggest just popping it in a draw!
