Sorry for missing your message until now - this community forum can get busy sometimes!

But, yes, you do need to register your interest for a smart meter - if you look at the stickied post at the top of this forum entitled ‘Bulb and Smart meters’ at http://community.bulb.co.uk/discussion/6703/bulb-and-smart-meters , it should link you to the signup form and provide other information about the smart meter rollout plan.

Hi, I got a smart meter installed about 3 weeks ago and it still doesn’t work. Any idea when it’s going to work???
