We really want to get hold of a smart meter from Bulb. We had one with our previous supplier but it no longer works due to compatibility issues. It’s incredibly difficult to get at our meters to read them so we’ve been on estimated bills since September. It’s really frustrating. Come on Bulb- what’s happening?
