Got my smart meter fitted yesterday and it isn’t showing my gas usage just electricity have followed all instructions still not showing
To be clear, this is the in home display not showing gas consumption?
It may be that the gas meter is not successfully communicating with the electricity meter.
@“Selina at Bulb”, is there a different process for smart issues like this or should people still be contacting support as normal?
