Installed smart meter this morning. Currently says waiting for current data how long will it be before it starts working? Thanks 1 1/2 hours since installation
@Jenfox, nobody knows.
It can vary from a few hours, to not at all until Bulb sort out some of the issues they’re having.
Your smart meters should now be submitting readings automatically so I wouldn’t worry about it too much, but I’d recommend pinging an email over to firstname.lastname@example.org if it doesn’t spring into life in a day or two and I’m sure they’ll then get back to you when they have a solution.
