Smart Meter


I had a smart meter fitted over a month ago. It has never worked. Screen just says waiting for data. Should I have done something?, I was told off the fitter it was all set up but he didn’t show me anything. He did say there was a tutorial on the smart meter but i can’t find it in the options. Can anyone help if not how do i contact bulb?

Bulb are working on a fix. There are others affected:
