I had my smart meter fitted on 12th April. All went well and the engineers were great. They sent off the meter readings and supposedly everything was sorted. However, the display is only showing electric usage and refuses to show the gas. My account is still asking for a gas meter reading. Any ideas?
Bulb are having issues. Try moving the unit right next to the meter and turn off and on. If that doesn’t work, just sit tight for a few weeks. Bulb are working on a general fix.
