I’ve had a smart electric meter for the last 6 weeks but it’s never sent information wirelessly. So I’ve had estimated Bill’s but I’m concerned that their not right. I called customer bulb service told them I wasn’t happy to use estimated readings. they said I needed a software update. And they told me to look at the meter and send a reading. but I’ve just looked and its blank and if I pressed button A it says 0000. what do I have to do to get a manual reading until I get the software up date?
