Smart Meter

We had a smart meter fitted on March the 12th. We didn’t get a bill in April due to so called tec problems. Had to give reading from meters to get a bill in May not sure if the bill we received is correct.And due to on going tec problems with smart meter from day one, I’ve been told it will be another 6wks to get a fix.
I really wish there was a government website to complain to as Bulb don’t seem to care. I think there should be legislation that if not fixed in a time scale we shouldn’t have to pay the months bill where the meter is not working correctly. And bills should only start when the smart meter are working correctly
