Smart meter

Hi everyone,
We’ve had a few problems with our Smart Meter display, i.e. defaulting to Welsh instead of English, which we managed to rectify after talking to an advisor, but now our display unit seems to have “crashed” I.e. there is nothing on the time display or the usage and the info on the bottom just says” waiting for current data”
I’ve tried switching it off and back on again, I even left it off overnight but it still doesn’t work!
Any ideas folks?

Have you read any ot the threads on the forum relating to similar issues? There is a also a Blog by Bulb giving some pertinent information.
