Smart meter

Hi I had a new smart metre last month but when I’m now trying to check out my daily usage I can’t get either the joint fuel or just electric. I am only ably to check gas usage. I have tried many times but the instructions in the book don’t get the info I need I think the metre is broken. If you could please advise. Nothing happens when I click the electro icon of when I click three times in joint fuel
