Smart Meter

It is now 10 weeks since you installed a Smart Meter and despite 2 visits from Siemens engineers, as well as promises that any problems will be sorted, the meters have never worked.
I was initially informed it would take up to 7 days for them to come online. After further communications with you, I received a 2nd visit and was informed that the meters would eventually start working.
I’m still waiting and would appreciate an indication of when this will be.
Meanwhile I am back to submitting readings manually.

Hi @Sym sorry you’ve had a bad experience with you smart meters. It looks like we’re certainly aware of the issue and tracking it.
