Do I have to give a meter reading now I have a smart meter
Hi @Londonn52az In theory: no as we should be able to read them remotely. Unfortunately, there are some issues with the smart technology which means this isn’t always the case. I have forwarded your information onto the smart team who will look into your issues, and solve them as soon as they can.
Until then, we ask that you submit meter readings yourself. You will have to phone them in on 0300 30 30 635, from Monday to Friday (9:00am to 6:00pm) or email them to email@example.com. This is because your Bulb account thinks we can read your smart meters, so doesn’t give you the option to submit them youself
