There’s a number of different reasons why we won’t be able to fit a smart meter for you at this time. This could range from your meter type or positioning to the level of signal in your area.

Don’t worry though, we should be able to accommodate for almost every setup at some point in the future. If you’ve already let us know you’re interested, we will be in touch as soon as we can get you a smart meter. :slight_smile:
