Smart meter installed 1 week ago but the internal display is still not working. How long to connect?
You were very keen for me to have the meters fitted, how about some service.

Have you seen the main “What to do if your In-Home-Display (IHD) is not working” discussion at https://community.bulb.co.uk/discussion/9940/what-to-do-if-your-in-home-display-ihd-is-not-working/p1 ? If you’ve waited more than 48 hours for it to connect, have you tried filling in the https://account.bulb.co.uk/dashboard/smart/ihd-issues form to let Bulb know the in home display isn’t working?
