Smart Meter

I had gas and electric smart meters fitted on 28/06/2019 but was told by the fitter that these would not connect to my Bulb account and so he could not leave the In-Home Display. I was informed that this would be sorted out soon and I would be told when the connection was made and the In-Home Display would be dropped off when this was done. To date I have heard nothing and the In-Home Display has not been delivered. Please let me know if the smart meters are now connected to my account and when I can expect to receive the In-Home Display.
