I have not got a smart meter, but when I go to book an appointment, it says I already have one ?
My advice, change supplier. My experience with Bulb smart meters has been very bad. Customer service are worse than useless.
Daveneal6 - unless you actually enjoy reading endless forums about smart meters not working, need a digital clock, (which is probably all you will get from their in house display) or get a kick out of communicating with useless service staff, stay well clear.
