Smart meter

I had a smart meter installed but was not provided with the in house display in order to check my energy usage. I’ve made some complaints to Bulb as its now been about 5 months since the installation and I have still not been provided with the display. Bulb have now stopped replying to me and have failed to investigate and get back to me with answers to my complaints. I will now look at changing my supplier due to the poor level of customer service.
