Smart Meter

My Smart Meter was installed in May 2019 and has never worked. Bulb seem to have no idea how to fix the problem other than to say we’re working on it and sending instructions on how to read my meter,which sadly was not for the meter I have got;I now exist on estimated bills and just wish I had never had the thing installed in the first place. Come on Bulb,admit it’s a shambles and give me a true update as to when I can expect my meter to work,instead of pie in the sky promises.At 81 years of age I doubt I will be around long enough to ever get to know what power I am using
