I had a meter installed that appeared to be working fine. It has now “frozen” and will not switch off and is no longer providing sensible readings. Any thoughts on hoe to help?
Hi @Maczam, i am guessing you haven’t read any of the other posts on this forum?!?! The bulb smart meters don’t work and the roll-out has been a complete sham. unfortunately don’t expect a resolution any time soon
If you mean that it’s the IHD which is frozen then according to the experts at Bulb, you need to completely drain the internal battery.
Disconnect the power lead,leave the IHD until it switches off. You will then have to switch it on until it switches off,you will have to repeat this until the battery is drained and the unit will not switch on. Then reconnect the power lead.
