Smart meters not working

Had both meters fitted in February 19 since then I can’t read what electric/gas I am using. I was not given an In House Reader. So have not got any idea what I have used. I pay by Direct Debt but no money as been taken by bulb so it’s just mounting up. I just feel it’s one big mess and bulb as still not sorted this massive problem out. Am I the only one if not what can we do about it as I feel bulb has not been really listening to me
