Smart meters should make this simple - chaotic statements since install

Yet again the December statement has not materialised. I had to prompt them for the November one. What is going on - meter readings should be to hand since smart meter installation?

I am sorry that your billing issue has continued to the December statement as well. I have run through this with our operations team and am still in the process of fixing your billing.
