I joined bulb last year as a billed customer but moved house in December to a property with pre-pay meters. I am not in a position to pay the fee to revert the meters back to billed but I was told before Christmas that smart meters would be rolled out in “early 2019” so if I hung on for this it would naturally replace my pre-pay meters.
Is there any truth in this? As far as I can see this isn’t something that is happening?
