Since leaving OVO to join buld there is no information on my smart meters regarding usage. By this I don’t mean the digital device in the house I am refering to the actual gas and electric meters (located in my garage) neither of these meters now shows any usage information so how I am supposed to submit regular meter readings?
Hi @antony4728 , have you tried pressing any of the buttons on the meters? They usually are off by default to save battery.
