Having previously been a scottish gas customer and having one of their smart meters, I joined Bulb 2 years ago to discover I could no longer use my smart meter. Can I get a new one from Bulb as meter reading is a right pain!
Work is going on right now which should enable us to read other suppliers’ smart meters. Unfortunately, it’s complicated (and involves other companies too), so that work might not be complete until later in the year.
