I have sent various emails about my inhouse display which i have not got. Please could you email me when will I receive my display.

This is not what I expected from Bulb

Hi there @maxwell - sorry you haven’t got your In Home Display (IHD) yet. We’re working on commissioning your meters; without this, the engineer won’t be able to leave an IHD. We haven’t had any emails from the email address linked to your Bulb account (and attached to your username here) - could you make sure you’re emailing us from this email in future, please?
