Hi! I’m looking to switch to Bulb but ideally want a smart meter. How do I find out if I can have one?
Hi @Gemalem have a look through this forum. Bulb’s smart meters aren’t working so yes i would recommend Bulb 100%, but if you have a standard meter then stick with that and provide your meter readings every month when you receive your reminder email and your bill will be accurate.
Once Bulb fix their smart meter issues, then by all means you can request one!
