Smart payg not communicating

Please help. My meters have stopped communicating with bulb and me 4 days ago. I have no/limited mobility so cannot get out to top up. Just back from hospital after second operation. I live alone so no one to do it for me. I work from home and start Monday 8am. What do I do?
