SMETS1 enrolled but not according to Bulb

My SMETS1 meters have been enrolled to the national network. I have confirmation of this from a service that is able to read my meters (with my consent) using the MAC code for my smart meter home display.

Despite complaints to Bulb - four years of meter readings processed incorrectly with resulting large bills - Bulb still hasn’t started to take readings from my meters.

Has anybody had success in a) getting Bulb to fix an ongoing error and b) getting Bulb to take meter readings from an enrolled meter that Bulb for some reason doesn’t recognise as being enrolled?
