SMETS2 2 MONTHS IN, STILL NOT WORKING, AND IHD NOW CONSTANT REBOOT

Had my SMETS2 meter installed two months ago now, up until a couple of days ago my issue was that my IHD was showing gas only. Apparently my Electric meter hadn’t been commissioned properly, and I would need to wait for an engineer to call to commission it. Bulb/Seimens have never scheduled this however. I am unable to have bills based on my actual electric usage as Bulb doesn’t recognise that my new meter started at 0, so any reading I submit is less than the end reading of the old meter. Then I got an email last week telling me that Bulb were going to move me to daily readings and this should solve my issue. Well as of the weekend my IHD is now just in a constant reboot loop and now I can’t even see my gas usage. What an absolute joke. Bulb, you’re a shambles. I’m off to the ombudsman this week…
