Hi - I am an existing bulb customer and I have had a smets2 meter which was installed by the previous supplier. I understand you should now be able to take remote readings but you don’t seem to be using the smart capabilities. Can you start using it’s full functionality?

Also when I moved into the house I had no in home display. Is it possible to get one?
