Sneaky one Bulb

Submitted my final meter readings last week - I can’t put them into my Bulb account as I am off to pastures new and cheaper - Over £160 in credit, yet Bulb still see fit to take another month’s payment… Suppose they will hang onto what they owe me now for as long as they can…

They will refund all the money in your account via direct debit (don’t cancel it), so i wouldn’t worry.

What @izzyhunt has said is correct, within 2 weeks of your final statement being generated you’ll be automatically refunded any credit left on the account :money_with_wings:
