So it goes from bad to worse. I can no longer download my Feed In Tariff statements. What is happening at Bulb!!!

No - It’s not sorted. I still can’t access my Statements. Your language gives anyone reading this the impression that it’s been resolved. It hasn’t.
Sorry @DaveDB, what I meant is Rosie has been in touch with you- I can see she’s emailed you, so she’ll be in touch there as she’s working on it so will be able to help moving forwards.
