sorry to see me going...!??

Hello, I received an email stating Bulb is sorry to see me going, but I have not initiated this (and have no intention of leaving Bulb for now). Has similar thing occurred to anyone else? Thanks.

Do you live in a block of flats? I ask this because it’s not unheard of for the wrong meter to be switched and one of your neighbours have stopped.

Call bulb first thing and get this rectified. As they will never switch without your consent or knowledge
