‘Sorry you’re leaving’ email..

Hi all.
I’ve recieved an email from bulb ‘sorry you’re leaving’ but I haven’t tried to change my provider?

Rather worried about this. I shall be calling but the call centre is only open Monday-Friday.

Any help is greatly appreciated!

@Alisha_W1 thanks for getting in touch with us here. We’ve now objected to the incoming supplier taking over your meters, I’ve now set your account to automatically object to any incoming switches.
