Why isn’t my smart meter adding standard chrges

I’m not complaining and I know I will have it to py but would like to see it on there as I work on a very tight budget so would rather see what my charges are altogether on a daily basis as then I won’t go over my budget

You took my reply too literally. Of course, it would help to see your total cost. I guess in the meantime you need to add the standing charge to your displayed cost until it’s sorted out for you.

Yes I knew you were joking but just wanted to point this out in case anyone from bulb or other customers who rely on the readings so they can be aware as well. Haha no I wouldn’t be complaining if it was never going to be added on later
