starting readings and bulb account

Hello I have moved house from xxxx to the vicarage xxx . In york I was on a bulb account and gave my final readings - when I try and put my starting readings into my account the address is still manor park close is that a problem ?

I’ve changed that for you. In your Bulb account, you’ll now have a drop down option to be able to view both your old and new account.

I had to change your password to do this, so I’ll drop you an email with your new log in details :slight_smile:
