Starting up


I have signed up to Bulb and received confirmation everything was good to go. That my previous provider would be informed and I’d be asked for a meter reading on 27th July. I have not had any more correspondence. I am not able to log in to access information. only to this online community. My old supplier are still sending me letters and I have not been called about a meter reading.

Please can you advice how to go forward?


Best contact Bulb and ask for assistance, I would have thought.

Click on “Help” and scroll to the bottom of the page to find the email address and phone number for contacting Bulb. For some reason they have chosen not to have a prominent “How to contact us” button on the main menu bar.
