No statement on my account for Sept/Oct. My energy usage not updated. What’s going on
Same here payments taken and shows but not usage
Though I know amount not any different from previous months its still not updated fully…
Still no usage update or statement. I am in credit I bet if I request a refund someone will answer my question!! Bloody useless
My statement is a day late now also. I’m curious as to why, and whether it has anything to do with stopping my advance payments and now paying only the statement amount and it’s fritzed the system. The usage on my app now shows 1st - 31st instead of my billing period of 15th - 14th.
