Statement Correction?

Hi, i’m hoping someone on here can help.

I’ve logged onto the billing system today and have seen that Bulb have credited many payments that I have made over the past year. The line items on the account are “Statement Correction”. I have no idea why this has happened, as we provide regular customer readings and do not rely on estimates.

Has anyone else had this happen and if so can you shed any light on why this has happened?
