Statement email or online

Hi there I was wondering when to expect a statement. I’ve been a member since December 19th 2019.

I get mine each month as an email but is also available if you log on to your account, I am assuming your switch has gone through.

Yeah I went live on the 19th of December, that’s when my first payment was and then again on the 19th of January. I’ve not received an email and can’t see a statement on my account, on the payments made.

I am not 100% sure but it can take up to 6 weeks for your final/start readings to be verified before they come through to the new supplier ie Bulb. This maybe why nothing is showing.

I would phone or live chat Bulb on Monday to confirm.
