Statement missing yet upping my price

I have not received my February statement yet, normally receive this about 2nd of month. I had the message stating all good payments level at beginning of month, but even though no statement being advised to up my payments by nearly £10 now. Firstly where is my monthly statement and secondly without it how do you or I know if the payments need increasing?

It looks like your statement date has been changed to the 28th, so your next statement has been pushed back until then to make way for the change.

Your suggested payment amount is based on historical and annual usage, so isn’t just reflective of your last bill. We suggest changes to ensure your account stays healthy long term. I see its currently set to £40, so that can stay as it is for the time being if you don’t want it to change.
